We are located in downtown Berryville, Virginia between Rose Hill Park and the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center. The Barns can be tricky to find! If this is your first visit, we recommend using the Government Center address (101 Chalmers Court) for GPS navigation. This will lead visitors to the free parking lot, shared between the Barns, the Government Center, and the Library.

Free parking is available next door at 101 Chalmers Court, Berryville, Virginia. This lot is shared between the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center, Clarke County Library, and the Barns of Rose Hill.

Our bar includes non-alcoholic beverages, such as sparkling water and soda, in addition to a selection of wine, beer, and hard seltzer. Single-serve bags of chips are available for purchase at the bar. Or, check out a local restaurant in advance of the event.

Barns of Rose Hill has a ramp entrance and an elevator to the second floor concert hall, accessible to visitors who use wheelchairs or mobility aids. Additionally, we have a wheelchair onsite that may be made available for use upon request. The shared parking lot at 101 Chalmers Court has several specially marked spaces designated for disability parking. We recommend arriving closer to when doors open to secure parking closer to the Barns. Visitors who park behind the Government Center should be prepared for a longer walk.
