Orange on the Blue Ridge
Back by popular demand, Orange on the Blue Ridge is a musical, a folk opera, an ode to love, music, and place. This autobiographical project was lovingly conceived and written by Suni Mackall, and features music by several local musicians, including Morgan Morrison, Dave Van Deventer, Aimee Curl, Melissa Elizabeth Wright, Nicole June, Willy Steinmetz, Mara Bella, Rudy Bee, Nicole Davis, and Violet Neikirk.

Seven Voices: A Tribute to Patsy Cline
Seven Voices pays tribute to hometown legend Patsy Cline with a concert celebrating her greatest hits and enduring influence. Born in nearby Winchester, Cline rose to become one of the most celebrated vocalists of the 20th century. With this special performance, regional artists come together to deliver fresh arrangements, rich harmonies, and personal stories that honor her remarkable legacy.

Jocelyn Pettit & Ellen Gira
2024 Canadian Folk Music Award Winners Jocelyn Pettit & Ellen Gira are a dynamic fiddle & cello duo. Complemented by lively step dancing, they bring life and fire into original tunes, songs, and high-energy repertoire from Scotland, Ireland, North America, and Scandinavia.

Taking Care Screening

The Pollinators

The Pollinators is a gripping documentary that follows migratory beekeepers as they transport billions of honeybees across the country to pollinate our food crops—an essential process now in crisis due to industrial agriculture, habitat loss, and pesticide use. Before the screening, Natalie Izlar, Botany Technician for Virginia Working Landscapes—a program of the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute—will share insights from her research on pollinators and the plants that sustain them.

The Humbler
The Humbler is a feature documentary about the exceptional and tragic life of late DC-born guitarist Danny Gatton, as told through a series of candid interviews interwoven with his music.
